Meet The Team
Co-founder, Sex and Couples Therapist
K. Michelle Johnson, MA, PACT-II (she/they)
I am a psychotherapist, coach, yoga teacher, musician, and artist. I am passionate about the effectiveness of psychotherapy and coaching to empower individuals and couples to create fulfilling relationships and satisfying sex lives.

My Master’s degree is in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University; this is a holistic and mindful approach to psychotherapy. I believe that we are more than just talking heads and therapy is most healing when integrating mind, body, heart and soul. I have completed advanced trainings in couples and sex therapy at Denver Family Institute, as well as through a Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). I am a level II PACT therapist. I love working with both individuals and couples. I am constantly in awe of the healing, joy, and deep connection I am honored to witness everyday in my office.

My purpose is to help people of all genders and orientations to embrace their sexuality and call in the love they want. I fully believe you can create the love, confidence, sex, and relationship you desire.
Co-founder, Sex and Couples Therapist
Lyndsey Lyons, MA, LPC
(they/she)
I’m passionate about supporting people and helping them to explore the depths of their souls to live more meaningful, connected lives. I am deeply inspired by the healing potential of expanded states of consciousness; psychedelic medicine and erotic exploration can offer access to profound states and deep healing in their own unique ways with the proper set and setting.

I believe that secure, loving relationships are the ultimate healing medicine. We can heal through building these relationships: whether they be therapeutic relationships, relationships with partners, spouses, friends, community, self, spirituality, or the Earth.

I work with people who have diverse experiences with sexuality, gender, and relationship style. My areas of focus include, healing sexual trauma, embracing embodiment and pleasure, exploring gender and queer identities, navigating BDSM and desire, and psychedelic integration & ketamine therapy.

I graduated from Naropa University with an MA in Contemplative Psychotherapy. I am a DARe Practitioner ( Dynamic Attachment REpatterning), PACT Couple Therapist (level 1), and Somatic Trauma Therapist (Somatic Experience Beginning and Intermediate levels & Trauma Dynamics). I am a current participant in a 3 year intensive Psychedelic Therapy Training. I’m an army veteran, I’ve collaborated with sex workers, and I’ve worked with incarcerated populations – all of which informs my practice today. I enjoy spending time in the mountains and value love & connection above all else.

Lessey Wentworth, MA, LPCC, Certified Sex Educator (she/hers)
I believe that to awaken more fully to aliveness, wellness, and pleasure, we must first learn to listen to and communicate with our bodies. I would love to assist you in learning the language of your body so that you may unlock your innate emotional wisdom, transform painful patterns, uncover authenticity and begin to create a life in alignment with your highest values and deepest desires.

I am a somatic psychotherapist, certified sex educator, and bodyworker. My Master’s degree is from Naropa University in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling and I am an educator through EDSE (Everyone Deserves Sex Education). My approach is holistic and inclusive, with a deep wisdom of how our minds and bodies are inseparable. I am passionate about erotic liberation for everyone, and I specialize in queer exploration, sexual exploration, healing religious trauma, and empowered sexual relationships. I would love to walk with you on your journey of cultivating sexual wellness and alignment.

I hold a certificate in the Gottman Method of Couple’s Therapy and studied at the Evolutionary Power Institute for two years with relationship expert, Julie Colwell Ph.D. I love helping my clients create and cultivate healthy relationships that support their needs, wants, and desires. If you struggle with intimacy, getting your needs met, communication, or opening up to others, I invite you to reach out. I specialize in alternative relationship styles such as non-monogamy, polyamory, LAT (living apart together), and long-distance relationships.
Sex and Couples Therapist
Kate Rose DeCoste, MA, LPCC, (she/hers) Sex and Couples Therapist
I am a mindfulness-based psychotherapist who specializes in cultivating secure-relationship attachment and healthy sexuality in individuals and couples. My work focuses on empowerment and liberation, centering on intimacy and desire. I believe intimacy begins with genuine connection, compassion rooted in presence and radical honesty.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in the integration of attachment theory and somatic awareness to provide a basis for working with relationships in a collaborative and creative way, individual to each client and couple’s unique expression. A graduate of Naropa University in Transpersonal Psychology, I blend in my Master’s level training with a Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT Level I Certified). I also hold a certificate in advanced training in Gestalt Eco-Therapy, a nature and body-based healing modality that incorporates avenues of healing attachment wounds, addiction, and sexuality through re-learning attunement and attachment to self and our eco-system.
Over the past seven years, I have immersed myself in multiple lineages and teachings of Tantric, Taoist & Sacred Sexuality, as well as taken workshops under the International Institute of Clinical Sexology. I work with individuals diverse in sexual expression, gender, and relationship style. My areas of focus include guiding individuals and couples towards secure attachment, rebuilding trust and safety after trauma, healing relationship with body-image, alternative relationship styles, dismantling shame, sacred sexuality and psychedelic integration. I am a multicultural and trauma informed counselor, LGBTQIAP+ BDSM inclusive, sex-positive and kink allied. I am so passionate about this work because I believe in every given moment, we are in relationship, and through relationship have choice in corrective healing experiences and rewiring neural pathways to fully experience the vastness our humanness.
Supervisor of Sex and Relationship Therapy
Melissa Walker, MA, LPC, R-DMT(she/hers)
Melissa is a Somatic Psychotherapist who specializes in sex and relationship therapy for couples and individuals. A graduate of Naropa University in 2009, Melissa weaves together her Masters’s level training with additional training in Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy for Couples (PET-C), Sex Therapy, Psychodrama, and Authentic Movement. She is also certified in Somatic Archaeology and is a SomaSource LifeCycle Practitioner. Melissa is former adjunct faculty at Naropa University where she taught Counseling Ethics & Professional Orientation for 4 years.

Through study and work, Melissa has crafted the Somatic-Concentric Sex Therapy (S-CST) model for working with clients. S-CST is a confluence of somatic, contemplative, person-centered, and sexology theories. This model harnesses the client’s actualizing tendency, a tendency towards growth and complexity, toward a fully embodied experience and expression of the sexual self. This model includes the practice of Erotic Bodyfulness, full-body arousal anatomy with a whole-person approach to the human sexual response, and embodied expressivity toward one’s personal erotic potential and healthy relational sexuality.

Her book, Whole-Body Sex: Somatic Sex Therapy and the Lost Language of the Erotic Body was published in January 2021. Whole-Body Sex supports the somatic dismantling of the shame and performance-centric model of sexuality to craft a personally meaningful and sexuality-affirming narrative.
Supervisor for Ketamine Assisted Therapy
Sandra Forson, LCSW (she/hers)
Sandra Fortson, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Northern Colorado. She has a wide range of clinical experience to include performing mental health evaluations and assessments and participating in team-based collaborative care in a variety of settings. Sandra currently provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) services in individuals, couples, and group settings. She is a founding member of the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI) and serves as co-faculty on the PRATI KAP training team.

Sandra has been inspired by her passion for upholding the values, rights, and fundamental strengths of all people in helping them realize their full potential for as long as she can remember. After earning her Bachelor of Social Work degree with a minor in Sociology at the University of South Alabama, her desire to further her education and love for the outdoors led her to pursue a Master’s degree in generalist social work at Colorado State University. Sandra immediately fell in love with Fort Collins and has remained there since earning her Master of Social Work degree in 2016. Having a background in generalist social work means that she has been trained in applying preventative and intervention methods to a wide array of social problems with the goal of promoting the overall well-being of all humans.

Sandra’s interest in exploring alternative approaches to healing has slowly grown throughout her professional career in working with clients battling severe cases of PTSD, depression, and a variety of other behavioral health issues. Since learning about psychedelic-assisted therapy, Sandra has jumped at the opportunity to become as involved as possible in expanding the professional knowledge and public availability of this emerging alternative to traditional treatment.
